KDG Developments was founded by Danny Jones who has over 25 years in all thing’s Property. Based in Merseyside and with projects and outreach to the surrounding areas. KDG Developments has the focus to build close relationships with its clients and industry contacts.

Founded upon the strength of more than a quarter of a century’s worth of experience in buying, converting & selling properties, KDG Developments has always had a vision to provide clients with the very best service and relationships. With a focus on converting commercial to residential and working with local councils. We understand local planning policies which has enabled us to obtain successful planning permission across multiple projects over the years.

Danny has been involved with property management for more than 25 years. Starting off buying terraced houses which in turn lead to purchasing individual flats then progressing to blocks of flats. During this time we have turned many an unloved old building into modern apartments and living space. Danny currently has a mixed portfolio of houses, flats and commercial spaces.
Danny has previous experience to know what works and what doesn’t when applying for planning permission and many a successful application has been granted over the years. Danny believes in ethical, open and honest working relationships and it is through maintaining these principles that he has gained strong relationships with local councils which have been mutually beneficial.
